In the Help menu, you can now ask:
Product-related questions such as, “How can I reassign a task to another coach?” or “How can I add an A1C result manually?”

Lightpath: Change a patient's cohort
Care managers will be able to move a patient from one subprogram cohort to another cohort. This launch phase covers subprogram overrides only. The next phase will cover condition overrides.
Patient count on Patients list screen
The bottom right of the Patients list screen will show the total number of patients in the selected program. The number of patients will update when you apply a filter such as a cohort.
Lightpath: Display of cohorts on Patient detail page
You will be able to see the cohort/s for a patient in the Care plan section of the Patient detail page.
