Program versions

A Care Ops user with appropriate permissions (editor-level access to Versioning) can move existing program participants from one version to another version.

  1. In the left menu, navigate to Program Versions.

  2. In the Program dropdown, select the program to upversion for participants. A list of previously published versions will appear.

  3. Next to the program version that you wish to upversion, click Reassign.

  4. In the pop-up that appears, in the To field, select the new program version. Existing participants from the selected version will move to the new program version.

    Notes:

    • You can only move participants from an older version to a newer version. You can move them from V1 to V2 but not V2 to V1.

    • New participants will experience the latest published program version when they enroll in the program.

  5. Click Reassign.
