To filter the list, you can use the following filter options: Unreplied messages, Time enrolled, Age, To-dos, Client account, Cohort.

To filter the list by time enrolled, click the Time enrolled filter and make a selection.

The options to filter are:

Last 14 days
Last 30 days
Last 60 days
Last 6 months
Last 12 months
Account closed. These are participants whose Verily me account has been closed.
Disenrolled. These are participants who have exited the program due to medical exclusion or insurance eligibility. The Participant List shows only enrolled participants by default. Select the Disenrolled filter to view the list of exited participants. The list will show the participant’s disenrolled status and their exit date.
Note: The option for participants to exit a program or for the Verily User Success (VUS) team to manually disenroll a participant from a program will be added at a later date. At this time, you won’t see any real participants with the disenrolled status.
1. To filter for participants that have a message without a reply, at the top of the list, click Unreplied message. A checkmark will appear when selected to indicate the filter is on.
2. To filter by participant age, click Age and select under 18 years old or 18 years old and above.
1. To filter by client, click Client account and choose the client(s) for whom you’d like to see participants.
1. To filter by patient tasks, click To-do and select a to-do task. Once you filter for specific to-dos, you can also bulk-approve patients with these tasks. For more information on this feature, see the To-do section.
1. To filter by the condition cohort participants are enrolled into, click Cohort and select the program cohort/s. You can select a single or multiple cohorts. Patients can be enrolled into the T1D and HTN cohort or T2D and HTN cohort.
1. To filter by tasks assigned to you, click X next to All tasks. Click the Task assignment dropdown and then select Tasks assigned to me.
2. To reset all applied filters at once, at the top left, click Clear Selection.
  To reset filters individually, at the right of the filter, click X.
