Navigate Participant detail

With proper permissions, the Participant Detail page shows the most recent and most important patient information from multiple sources on a single screen. This enables you to quickly gather context and see trends to make decisions.

• From the Patients List, click on the participant name to open the Participant Detail screen.

Header

On the Participant Detail screen, the header shows the patient name, date of birth (DOB), age, and gender.

1. Click See more to see additional participant information:

   • Enrollment status and date

   • Participant ID

   • Salesforce ID

   • EMR ID

   • Email address

   • Phone number

   • Address (Lightpath only)

   • Client account

   • Account status – active or closed participant account

2. At the top right of the screen, click + Create note to write a note from any participant screen.

• Surveys

• A1C Logs

• To-do
