If a Provider type has unassigned participants, an orange alert bar will be visible at the top of the selected provider type list.

To assign unassigned participants:

Click Assign, at the far right of the Unassigned participants alert.
A window will appear on the right side of the screen. Applied filters are displayed at the top of this new window.
- You can assign multiple participants to a single provider in this step. Fill in the number of participants to reassign.
  Note: You can assign up to 100 participants at a time.
- To assign the provider, use the dropdown at the right. Scroll down to find and select the provider.
Note:
- The displayed provider options follow the applied filters. The system will maximize the number of assignments based on possible matches, and will leave the unmatched participants unassigned. For example, if you attempt to assign 10 participants, but only 5 participants match, only those 5 will be assigned.
- If you want to show assignees with specific state licensure, or fluency in a specific language, click cancel to return to the My care team page to apply filters.
Click Assign, at the bottom right.
The My care team screen will reload, and you will receive a confirmation message, similar to the one pictured below.
